Haven't heard of Miroku sounds like an Asian made barrel. Say, I've got a Tennessee rifle that has a Japanese barrel on it doesn't say anything else though. It was a kit gun from Dixie gun works. It shoots pretty good.

Miroku made Brownings and Winchesters, and IIRC they made the barrels on Dixie's Tennessee rifle.  Like Scooby said, good stuff.

Yep Miroku did make Dixies mountain rifle. A lot Dixies barrels  came from Belgium too. And those Spanish made barrels on the Jukar and Ardesa rifles were top notch too.

I dunno about Jukar but Ardesa uses Bergara barrels.

The one I have will shoot the 440 ball with .018 pillow ticking dead on up to 50 grains of 3 F Goex.  55 grains and up the point of impact jumps up 6 inches and moves 3 inches right.  I have also shot 445 ball with .010 ticking with same results.  I don't find this a problem as I have my 45 for small game, my 50 for medium up to dear, and my 54 for anything bigger. ::)
